COMMERCIAL ROOF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PROGRAM
At Canopy Roofing Systems we offer a roof maintenance program to service a variety of steep slope and low slope needs.

With our automated system of yearly maintenance visits (Spring and Fall) we will monitor the condition of your roof and eliminate the need for you to worry about notifying us every year. You have the option of selecting the service annually.

The greatest benefit of our maintenance service is that it allows us to monitor the condition of your roof assets on an on-going basis, as well as to find and remedy potential problem areas before they require major repairs. The result is a secure roof and savings for you.

Please note the highlights of our services:

Roof Maintenance
Included in our program is a periodic inspection of the entire system including flashings, drains or gutters and leaders, masonry, etc. This inspection is done by a trained specialist in identifying and correcting problems before they happen. Recommendations are made to economically put your roofing system up to standards.

Minor repairs are made at the time of inspection. All debris is removed; gutters, leaders and drains are cleaned. A maintenance inspection report (sample enclosed) is forwarded to you upon inspection.

Each technician carries a digital camera documenting any serious roof deficiencies. We can email these pictures to you to assist you in any decisions which may need to be made. All pictures are included with your inspection report.

Roof Repair
We offer same day repair service for all calls received by 10:00 AM, and next day service for all calls received thereafter. Generally, we are able to respond within a few hours. All maintenance clients are given priority during severe weather emergencies. (Note attached emergency service response plan.)

Roof Asset Management
We offer complimentary roof replacement budget proposals for all our maintenance and repair clients. This includes re-roofing options, value engineering, life cycle analysis and planned replacement budgets to assist our clients in keeping their roof asset management program within budgets. We generally work within a five year plan with this program.
